By checking the "Consent" box or registering for use on the ThaiJobs.online website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), I ("Job Candidate") agree to give consent to the Website to process my personal data under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Collection and Use
I consent to the Website collecting and using my personal data (such as name-surname, contact information, educational history, work history, photo, expected salary, and other information appearing in the Resume/CV) for the benefit of:
Creating a job candidate profile on the Website's system.
Performing Job Matching between me and job posters.

2. Disclosure to Third Parties (Job Posters)
I consent to the Website disclosing my personal data to persons or legal entities that are "Job Posters" (Employers/Recruiters) registered with the Website only, for the purpose of considering employment.
3. Rights Restriction and Data Protection
Personnel Restriction:
The Website will not disclose my personal data to third parties unrelated to recruitment, unless complying with the law or receiving written consent from me on a case-by-case basis.
Purpose Restriction: I and the Website agree that the disclosed information will be used for the benefit of recruitment and employment purposes only.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

5. Data Retention Period

Terms and Conditions for Accessing and Using Job Candidates' Personal Data
For Job Posters and Recruitment System Users – ThaiJobs.online
By accessing job candidate data (Resume/CV) or purchasing data retrieval services via the ThaiJobs.online website (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), you, as the "Employer" or "User," agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Purpose Limitation
The Employer agrees to use the job candidate's personal data obtained from the website solely for the purpose of recruitment and selection of personnel for your organization.
It is strictly prohibited to use such personal data for any other purposes, such as direct marketing, offering products or services, or compiling commercial databases unrelated to employment.
2. Confidentiality & Security
The Employer is responsible for providing appropriate data security measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of data.
The Employer must limit access to candidate data only to personnel involved in recruitment and must strictly instruct such personnel to maintain data confidentiality.
3. Third-party Restriction
The Employer is not authorized to transfer, forward, or sell the job candidate's personal data to third parties or other organizations that are not clearly specified affiliates at the time of data access.
If a third-party Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is used, the Employer must ensure that such system meets personal data protection standards in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
4. PDPA Compliance
Once the Employer receives data from the website, the Employer shall be considered a "Data Controller" for their portion and is responsible for complying with the PDPA in all respects.
If a job candidate exercises their rights (e.g., requesting data deletion or objecting to processing) directly to the Employer, the Employer is obligated to fulfill those rights as required by law.
5. Data Retention
The Employer shall retain candidate data only as long as necessary for the purpose of recruitment.
Once the recruitment process is completed and there is no legal necessity for further retention, the Employer should immediately delete or destroy such data.
6. Indemnity
If the Employer uses data for the wrong purpose or causes a data leak due to the Employer's own negligence, the Employer agrees to be solely responsible, both civilly and criminally, to the data subject (job candidate) and regulatory authorities.
In the event that the Company (ThaiJobs.online) is sued or required to pay damages due to the Employer's wrongdoing, the Employer agrees to compensate the Company for all damages, fines, and litigation costs.
